A week of Friends, Fun, and Fabulousness awaits at the magical Present Moment Retreat in Troncones, Mexico!
Our 2025 adventures at the Present Moment Retreat Center left many of us wanting more. With the retreat center situated directly on a pristine white sand beach, amazing food and drinks, on-site yoga classes taught by Present Moment’s instructors on the yoga deck overlooking the water, we will spend day and night breathing in the fresh ocean air with the freedom to spend your days however you see fit. This cozy and intimate venue is beautiful and well situated; the staff is full of truly lovely folks. The cabanas create a ring around the beautiful pool, practice space, and restaurant, with the entire property leading towards the ocean. This “non-retreat” retreat is ideal for those who crave simplicity, ease, and an unstructured vibe. Unlike a Stacie/Tammy retreat with an orchestrated schedule of breath work, yoga, and group activities (eg, sound baths), this gathering will be free-form. Everyone is welcome to attend either/both/none of the twice-daily yoga classes (9am and 4pm, all levels welcome); sign-up for add-on activities, excursions, and/or ceremonies (pricing set by Present Moment and their partner adventure company); go off on individual adventures in or around town (local shops and artisan markets, dining, etc); or park yourself on the beach or at the pool day after day – whatever restores you most!

Meet Your Retreat’s Administrative Support
This retreat will differ from our tribe’s usual retreat in that we will not be bringing our own yoga instructors or having the same sort of daily group activities that are the hallmark of a Stacie/Tammy retreat. Instead, Tracie will be dealing with the administrative/financial aspects of the reservation, setting up the group activities and off-site meals as applicable, and helping to resolve any issues/answer any questions anyone has before/during/after the retreat. Yoga classes and the morning meditation will be led by Present Moment’s instructors and the style of each class will vary with the instructor.
