RETREAT DATES: January 4-11, 2025
Reset and recharge your soul in January 2025 on the secluded and enchanted Osa Peninsula in Costa Rica! Join Rob Loud & Stacie Finucan as we set the tone for the new year at La Luna Lodge, a magical eco-retreat nestled high in the hills of the rainforest overlooking the warm Pacific Ocean.
While on retreat with us at La Luna, your senses will be awakened by the sights and sounds of nature in the untouched rainforest of the Osa. Treat yourself to twice-daily yoga and meditation on the impressive yoga deck surrounded by 360 degrees of breathtaking nature. Enjoy healthy and delicious local meals, drinks by the pool, and spa treatments. Minimal light pollution allows for optimal stargazing in the cool night breezes, and you can go on adventurous hikes to natural pools, waterfalls, and secluded beaches. The wildlife is abundant at La Luna, as it is located at the end of the road overlooking Corcovado National Park, which -according to National Geographic- is “one of the most biologically intense places on Earth.”
Whether you are looking to unplug and relax or find adventure, you will find opportunities for both on this unforgettable wellness retreat. Grab a friend (or two!) and prepare to be captivated, entertained, and inspired by the sheer beauty and majesty of Mother Nature. We are looking forward to sharing this experience with you!

Meet Your Yoga Guides
Inspired by the Infinite and motivated by his own inward journey, Rob Loud’s desire is to be a catalyst for change in others on the path towards healing and self-discovery. He describes his style of teaching as embodied vinyasa, pulling wisdom from multiple lineages. His introduction to yoga was on a whim at a gym he frequented, but quickly realized the potential for yoga to assist in healing his body, mind, and soul. He completed his first Teacher Training in 2009 and began pursuing his passion full-time in his hometown of Boulder, CO in 2010. Since then, he has completed multiple complimentary 200-hour trainings, has led and co-led over a dozen 200-hour trainings, has hosted multiple international retreats, and is known name in the music and yoga festival circuit. He considers teaching his Dharma and continues to change lives daily. Rob empowers, inspires and shares his love of yoga through every connection, his classes are creative, challenging, intelligent, FUN, and bring depth beyond the physical.
Stacie Finucan was ushered into the world of yoga through her mother’s passion for hot yoga and desire to create a yoga studio with which to share the love. New to yoga, but already steeped in performing arts and philosophical studies, Stacie found her passion and gift for guiding students through classes of all styles after completing 500+ hours of training with Bikram and 500+ hours with Baron Baptiste. Since 2004, Stacie has continued learning, taught full-time, owned and operated studios, led trainings and workshops, and joyfully hosted international yoga retreats in Mexico, Costa Rica, Belize, and Italy. Stacie’s classes are infused with her excitement for biomechanics and her talent for weaving words, both of which allow her students to get out of their minds and dive deep into body and spirit. When not in the yoga room, Stacie is blissfully immersed in her home life with three amazing children, an inspirational husband, and a menagerie of pets.
